Q3 has been our busiest quarter so far this year, with the level of open mandates remaining constant over the summer. The candidate pool in London has certainly shrunk and in many instances, candidates are being offered sizeable increases if they are to make a move. We expect to see demand continuing to exceed supply over the coming months.
