We discuss in detail the full brief so we ensure we target the right candidate profile, along with factoring in the cultural considerations suitable for your organisation. A thorough job specification is created before going to market.
We then source the talent who is a match and/or target those who you want to onboard.
The predefined interview process begins and any testing required is conducted.
Once a preferred candidate is identified, we will then negotiate with the person and secure you the individual who will most likely make a difference to your business.
Types of Mandates
Each mandate is typically at "Head of", C-Suite and/or at Executive level. Requirements outside of these level scan be discussed and we will advise accordingly.
