A brief note from the Founder

I’ve spent over 16 years in financial services, starting in structured products at Deutsche Bank and fund administration at Citco before moving into specialist executive search. Over the next decade I built three businesses focused on hedge funds and investment management, placing more than 1,000 professionals and growing a boutique firm to revenue figures in excess of 7 figures.

Three years ago, I sold my most recent business and stepped back from day-to-day search. Today, I work with early-stage founders as a mentor and advisor, helping them navigate the decisions I’ve already made, avoid the mistakes I’ve already made, and move faster because of it.

I still take on a small number of sensitive search mandates in investment management, where the situation calls for someone with deep market knowledge and a trusted network rather than a traditional agency approach.

My approach is simple: I treat every person and every business the way I’d want to be treated. If I can help, I’ll tell you. If I can’t, I’ll tell you that too!
